Alice C. Glattli

Our beloved mother, Alice C. Glattli, 87, went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 5, 2026, in Ocala, surrounded by her family. She was born on September 17, 1938, in Miami, to George John Euler and Barbara Euler.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Noel T. Glattli, and her children: Donna Stack, Bill Sullivan, Sherrie Russ, Lee Sullivan, Lance Sullivan, Rose Carty, Greg Sullivan, Sean Sullivan, Dalene Sawyer, David Glattli, and Ricky Glattli.

Alice was a woman of many talents — a homemaker, entrepreneur, artist, and a nurturing spirit to every living being. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched everyone who knew her. Her love for her Lord and Savior was felt by everyone through her comforting hugs, not only as a greeter at her church home, Trinity Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member, but with everyone she met.

She lived a life centered on love, family, and kindness. She believed in caring for others, offering support without hesitation, and making every person feel welcome in her home.

Alice was the heart of our family — the person everyone turned to for advice, comfort, and encouragement. Her kitchen was always open, her hugs were always comforting, and her laughter made even the most difficult days feel lighter. She had a deep love for family traditions, holidays spent together, and the simple joy of being surrounded by the people she loved most. She taught us the value of compassion, resilience, and finding happiness in everyday moments.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Marcie Bruno.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Marion County or the Humane Society.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on May 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Anthony Baptist Church; 2551 N. E. 98th St., Anthony, FL 32617.
