Ocala - Anthony Michael Tavares, 43, passed away January 3, 2017. Born in East Providence, RI, on April 22, 1973, to Antonio and Jane P. Tavares.. He moved to Ocala from Rhode Island in 1998 and worked as cook.
Anthony is survived by his sons, Calvin, Casey; daughter, Courtney; and sisters, Rachel Tavares, Michelle Phillips.
