Brenda Jane Griffis, age 73, of Anthony, Florida, passed away on September 4, 2026. She was born on June 12, 1953 in St. Petersburg, Florida a daughter of Russell and Dorothy Townsend.
She was preceded in death by: Myrl Townsend, Patricia Townsend, Karen Townsend Corley (Don), Hope Townsend Baxter.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory: sons, John Yoder (Kristi) and Macus Ingeldsen (Jennifer); daughters, Danielle Ingram (Richard), Kellie Trisler (Donald) and Shellie Rex (Jesse); siblings, Eric Hamilton (Betty), Charles Hamilton, Cheryl Townsend Morrison (Robert), and David Townsend (Neva), twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
