Carl "Mike" Michael Cook

Carl Michael "Mike" Cook, 59, of Anthony, Florida, passed away on July 25, 2026. Mike was born on July 30, 1966, in Huntington, West Virginia.

Mike was the kind of person who could light up any room he walked into. Fun-loving, full of energy, and always the center of attention, he had a larger-than-life personality that drew people to him. He loved to laugh, make others smile, and was truly the life of the party. His infectious spirit and generous heart earned him the love and friendship of so many throughout his life.

One of Mike's greatest passions was riding motorcycles. The open road brought him a sense of freedom, adventure, and peace that perfectly matched his spirited personality. He embraced life with courage and lived it on his own terms, creating memories and friendships that will last forever. It is fitting that he spent his final moments doing something he truly loved.

He is lovingly survived by his fiancée, Angela Plaskett; his daughters, Nichole Cook and Jacqueline Cook; and his son, Michael Cook. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Anthony, Aaron, Sophia, Maddie, and Jaxon, who brought him immense pride and joy. Mike is also survived by his sisters, Angie, Bonnie, and Ginger, along with many extended family members, dear friends, and all whose lives were touched by his kindness and unforgettable spirit.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Cook and Diane Bailey.

Though his time with us was far too short, Mike leaves behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and love. His smile, contagious energy, and unwavering love for his family and friends will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.

A celebration of Mike's life will be held at a later date. The family appreciates the love, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time.
