Salt Springs - Charles Elton Reed, 72, passed away on September 8, 2019. He was born on July 5, 1947 in Rochester, New York to Charles E. Reed and Shirley E. (Beadle) Reed.
He is preceded by his daughter, Christine Reed-Tavares.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lori (Hubler) Reed; six daughters, Tracy Holdren (Thomas), Lisa Rivera (Angel), Kelly Mercado (Julian), Dawn Wilder, and Tammy Hickox (Charles); brothers Larry Reed (Diane), Richard Reed, and Gerald Reed; sister, Terri Standish (Richard); numerous grand children, Amanda, Thomas, Emily, Angelica, Angel Jr., Christian, Ashley, Alex, Jose, Cole, Ashley, Courtney, Calvin, Casey, and Alexis; and many nieces/nephews and 6 great-grand children.
He was an avid outdoorsman, loved his country and spending time with his family. Anyone that knew him loved him! He will be missed and forever in our hearts!
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, Florida, although no services are planned.
