Deborah Jean Lee Rosenbalm

Deborah Jean (Fisher) Lee Rosenbalm, 73, passed away peacefully in her home on August 20, 2026.

Deborah was born on April 1, 1953, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Donald A. Fisher and Christina Jean (Vechter) Fisher.

Throughout her life, Deborah possessed an enduring curiosity and a genuine love of learning. Education was deeply important to her, and she remained a lifelong learner—always interested in discovering something new and never believing there was an age at which a person should stop learning. That curiosity extended to the stock market, which became one of her favorite interests. She enjoyed trading stocks, following the markets, and continuing to challenge her mind.

Deborah also had a lifelong love of horses and enjoyed bowling, interests that brought her happiness throughout different seasons of her life.

Above all, Deborah’s greatest legacy is the family she leaves behind. She is survived by her daughter, Carrie (Lee) Combs; her grandson, Brody Combs; as well as several cousins and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald A. Fisher and Christina Jean (Vechter) Fisher; her brother, David Paul Fisher; and her first husband, William “Monty” Lee.

Deborah’s life cannot be measured simply by the years between her birth and passing, but by the memories, lessons, and pieces of herself that remain with those who loved her. Her independent spirit, curious mind, love of learning, and the lessons she passed along will continue through the family she leaves behind.

While those who love Deborah grieve her absence here, they find comfort in the promise that death is not the end. Her earthly struggles are over, and she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord, reunited with those she loved who went before her.

For her family, saying goodbye is not truly goodbye, but until we meet again.

Deborah will be deeply missed, forever loved, and carried in the hearts of those who were blessed to call her family.
