D. Elaine Hall Peebles was born October 24, 1951 in Jacksonville, Florida to Lewis Hall and Pauline Guinn Hall. She died September 24, 2022 in Ft. McCoy, Florida.

She is preceded in death by her husband Loddy Peebles, Jr. (2003) and mother Pauline Hall (2012) - Ft. McCoy Cemetery.

She is survived by her father Lewis Hall, son Quentin Peebles (Gina), and granddaughters Gracie and Hannah.

She worked for Gray Brothers Insurance Co. and Ft. McCoy Elementary School. She received a District Award of Merit from the Cub Scouts (Pack 504) and recognition from Pine United Methodist Church for her years of volunteer service. She was a member of Pine United Methodist Church and was instrumental in its reopening in 1985.

Visitation will be from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, Friday, September 30, 2022 at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL. Graveside service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Fort McCoy Cemetery, Fort McCoy, FL with Reverend Murray Musselman officiating.
