McDonald, Dennis Wade

Fort McCoy-Dennis Wade McDonald, 61 passed away December 26, 2020. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida  to Hoyt Sherman McDonald and Lavada Vienna Jackson.  He was an over the road truck driver for many years.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa McDonald, sons; Bruce McDonald, Frank Elias and Lucas McDonald, daughters; Christina McDonald and Christina Fitch, brothers; Bennett McDonald and Billy Simmons, sister; Mary Franklin, grand children; Bradley Cheshire, Joshua Oaks, Drake Fitch, Kylean Elias, Zane Fitch and Annamae Elias. As well as one great grandson, Waylon Oaks.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt McDonald and Lavada Kirk, Step-Father; Eli Kirk and two brothers, Buddy McDonald and Douglas McDonald.

Graveside service will be held at Fort McCoy Cemetery on Friday, January 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m with Reverend David Harvey officiating. Visitation will start at 1:00 p.m and will be promptly for an hour.

After the graveside service there will be a Celebration of Life held at the Fort McCoy Community Center.
