NIX, Dennis Alan
Keystone Heights - Dennis Alan Nix, 70, passed away July 26, 2021 with family by his side. He was born and raised in Ocala, on July 9, 1951 to the late Oscar and Evelyn Nix. He was a "Softball Lovin' Papa" who was always there in the stands cheering on his girls, an avid Hunter who loved the outdoors, Gator Fan and fishing any chance he got. He had the biggest heart and family was everything to him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Gale Francis. He is survived by his loving wife, Andrea Nix; son, Jeffrey "Scotty" Nix (Racheal Hagan); daughter, Lisa Cisco (Ashley); brother, Dale Nix; sisters, Julia Peavy, Sherri Gomillion, Terri Childress; grandchildren, Caeley Nix, Audry Cisco, Celia Cisco and Avery Stephens.

Memorial service will be 11:30 am, Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Oak Griner Baptist Church, Ocala, Florida. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Dennis to the North Marion Home Run Club, PO Box 112, Sparr, FL 32192.
