Edwina M MacMillan

Edwina M. MacMillan, age 85, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on November 5, 2024. She was born on April 3, 1939, in Boston, Massachusetts, a daughter of Edward and Dorothy McIsaac.

She is preceded by her parents, Edward and Dorothy, her sister Sharon Kapenas, and her husband James MacMillan.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory; sons, Jeffrey MacMillan, Timothy MacMillan (Cara) and Robert MacMillan (Elizabeth); daughter, Dawn Westgate (David); Grandchildren: Tylor, Connor, Bobby, Vinny, Mallory, Walker, Janie, Koda, Elijah, Gabriella, Isaiah, Catherine, Nathaniel, Caleb, Camryn, Ethan and Brady; sister, Catherine Brannigan; and many more loved ones.

Edwina retired from Marion County Parks and Recreation in 2007 after many years of dedicated service. Her unwavering devotion as a mother and grandmother was a precious gift. For over 50 years, she poured her heart into caring for all of her children and grandchildren and in particular, her beloved son Jeffrey, embodying a love that was both selfless and constant. Edwina did small things with great love to honor our Lord and leaves an enduring legacy in the lives of all she touched.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted with Countryside Funeral Home.
