Ellery Smith

Ellery Smith, age 74, of Citra, Florida, passed away on April 12, 2023 at home. He was born on August 28, 1948, in Williamson, West Virginia a son to the late Carl and Opel Smith.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by three sons, Michael, Tom and Edward.

Ellery moved to Florida in the early 50's with his family from Pikeville, Kentucky. Ellery smith was a staple in the community as he owned and operated Ellery Smith Fence painting for 43 years and the past 8 yearswith his son Luke.

He is survived by five sons, Lake and Luke Smith, Theran Parker, Daniel Parker, Ronnie Gaylord, a brother J.T. Smith, two sisters, Loretta Falke, Kathy Smith, two grandchildren Joshua Thomas Smith, Thomas Ellery Smith and two great grandchildren, Carmella and McKinley.

Funeral services have been scheduled for Friday April 21, 2023 at 11:00am at Unity Baptist Church with a visitation for one hour prior to the service.  Burial will follow in Millwood Cemetery.
