SHORT, Evelyn Claire
Ocala - Evelyn Claire Short, 83, passed away October 28, 2017. Born on October 7, 1934, in Orange Lake, Florida, she has lived here for the past 25 years and retired as a nurse at SHANDS hospital.
She was preceded in death by her son, John Short; and sister, Danell.
She is survived by her loving husband of over 64 years, Booker C. Short, Jr; son, Booker C. Short III; daughters, Guynelle Short, Angela G. Short; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial Service will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Anthony United Methodist Church, with Pastor Shane McIntosh officiating. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
