Fatha Alline Smith

Fatha Alline Smith, age 93, of Anthony, Florida passed away on March 3, 2024. She was born on March 26, 1930 in Leesburg, Florida a daughter to the late Theodore and Jessie Lou (Durden) Montgomery. Fatha attended 15th Street Church of God Leesburg ,and was employed at Walling Crate Mill Company with her family, St Vincent's Dime Store, Ferguson's Oil company, Fuller Brush sales and co- owner of a Trucking company and Volunteer as a Girl Scout Leader . In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Otis David Smith, three sons Eddie, David and Ricky one daughter Bonnie Paul two sisters Dorothy Adkison & Maxine Nichols, and one Brother Herbert Montgomery. She leaves behind two sons Robert (Faye) Antis, Danny (Robin) Antis, two daughters Donna Flores, Carol (David) White, twenty nine grandchildren, sixty six great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. A funeral service has been scheduled for Thursday March 7, 2024 at 10:00am at Countryside Funeral Home with visitation for one hour before. Burial will follow at the Lone Oak Cemetery in Leesburg, Florida.
