HOWELL, Franklin Delano, 81
Anthony – Franklin Delano Howell, 81, passed away surrounded by family and friends, Thursday, November 13, 2014 after a valiant fight to live. On April 8, 1933, he was born in Canal Point, FL, to Amedicus Q. Howell and Ila Beatrice (Sudbury) Howell. He shared his childhood with three sisters, and three brothers, being raised in Palm Beach County, FL. He moved here in 1986 from Levy County, and owned and operated Electrical Maintenance Service until his retirement in 2000. In 1987 he married his loving wife, SteviAnn Howell, who survives. Also left to cherish his memory are daughters, Bonnie Diane Mowls; Mary Jo Markel; son, Tony Globe; brother, Wiley Gerald Howell and wife Mary Lou; seven grandchildren, Candace, Crystal, Justin, Josilyn, Andrew, Benjamin, Abigal; two great granddaughters, Allison, and Lexi; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Frank got great joy from Hunting, Fishing, and hearing great bluegrass and country music. Viewing will be Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., with the Funeral following at 12 noon, with Pastor Walt Miller officiating. Interment will be Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Fort Denaud Cemetery, LaBelle, FL.
