Anthony - Gilbert Ambrose Schnell, 45, passed away March 3, 2016. He was born on September 9, 1970 in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to Gilbert Ambrose Schnell Sr. and Deborah Hillsman Schnell. Gil, was a culinary chef for several restaurants as well as owned his own Pizza Parlor. He also was a Sheet Metal Worker, Certified diver & Instructor, and had his Captain's license. Gil was an avid fisherman who loved spending time on the water, outdoors, and with his daughter Olivia.
He is survived by his mother, Debbie Schnell; daughter, Olivia Schnell; sister, Lindie Reiss; uncle, Ronnie Schnell; Niece Ashley Smith; aunt, Carolyn London; and Ex-Wife Amanda Schnell.
Funeral Service will be 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2016 at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL. Visitation will be one hour prior.
