Harold Hern

Harold John Hern, age 90, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on March 1, 2023.  He was. born on December 6, 1932 in Jersey City, New Jersey a son to the late Daniel and Margaret (Mullimax) Hern.

Harold was a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corp awarded the Purple Heart.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Glenda (Kimberly) Hern, four sons Michael Hern, Gary Hern, Kenneth (Debbie) Hern, Edward Hern, two daughters Jennifer (Bruce) Ross, Lynn (Don) Whitehead; grandchildren, Megan Green, Kyle (Penelope) Hern, Jay Hern, Zachary (Kimberly) Hern and Morgan Whitehead; two great grandchildren Madison and Fallon, his sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
