Ocala - Joan Marie Waller, 86, passed away peacefully at home, December 24, 2015. Born January 15, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA, to Joseph Robert Hecht and Dorothy Cooper Hecht. She moved here from Moultonborough, NH, in 1983. She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Robert E. Waller; sons, Robert "Bobby" D. Waller (Sharon), Kevin Joseph Waller; daughters, Joanie M. Gower (Bob), Lois Morton (Alan), Susie Coil (Bruce), Donna Sturgeon; sister, Susan Haver (Kyle); grandchildren, Crystal Justin, Lori, Megan, Kelsey, Anna, Ashley, Lindsey, Jesse, Zachary, Jeri; and great-grandchildren, Gabby, Elly and Camden.
Joan was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be truly missed. Funeral celebration service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Countryside Funeral Home, 9185 NE Jacksonville Rd, Anthony, with visitation one hour prior.
