Lil Joey

Jose Quinones, III, "Joey", age 32, of Ocklawaha, Florida, passed away on September 22, 2026. He was born on March 17, 1994, in the Bronx, New York a son of Jose and Ileana Quinones.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Nancy Requena, great grandfather; Carlos Requena, and grandfather; Jose Quinones Sr.

Joey leaves behind his loving parents; Jose and Ileana and grandparents; Gloria and Conce, along with his siblings; Selina, Steven, Angel, Malarie, Naralie, Quinones, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. And most importantly, his Cat, OJ, which meant the world to him. Jose loved animals and he loved to help others. His smile brightened up the room. He will forever be missed and loved by so many.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 1:30 P.M. Visitation will be an hour prior at 12:30 P.M.

Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
