Ocala – Joyce Lavern McBride, 82, passed away June 26, 2016 at Hospice. Born November 18, 1933 in Lynchburg, VA to Frank Wade and Verna May Dawson. She has been a Marion County resident for over 30 years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John William McBride; two sons, Richard Anderson and Kenneth Brian McBride; brother, Ronnie Caviness; and sister, Jean Emory. Joyce is survived by her sons, Robert (Amy), Michael, and John Jeffrey McBride, Sr.; daughters, Wanda McBride Palmer (Mark), Cindy Thomas (Tim); brothers, Kenneth Wade, Buddy Caviness, Mickey Caviness; fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2016 at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL with Tommy McConnell officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens, Ocala, Florida.
