Ocala – Kathryn Marie Lewis Formella, 57, passed away August 18, 2015. Born January 8, 1958 in Ocala, Florida, to Joseph Robert Lewis and Velma Kate Watson. She has lived here all her life. She was a Wife, Mother and Homemaker. She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Formella; son, Ronald Jay Worley II, Ocala; devoted daughter, Ariane L. Formella, Ocala; sisters, Arieann Elizabeth Horner, Barbara Jo Shuhart; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be 6:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2015, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
