Katie Alyssa Nicole Westphal, 17, passed away on November 8, 2018. She was born on July 6, 2001 in Ocala, Florida to William and Josie (Seminario) Westphal. She was a Senior at North Marion High School.
She is survived by her parents, Bill and Josie; brothers Josh Kendrick (Julie) and Jacob Westphal (Rylee).
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Countryside Funeral Home.
