Margaret Adella Stephenson

Margaret Adella Johnson Stephenson, 108 years young, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2023 in Ocala, Florida. She was born May 14, 1915 to Owen G. Johnson “OG” and Arris Ferguson in Reddick, Florida. She was a devoted homemaker, wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Sidney Stephenson Sr., daughter, Patsy Joan, 3 brothers, Reginald, Ronald and Lester, 5 sisters, Lola Glen Anderson (GK), Williemae Randal (Leslie)  Mary Francis Schuman (Arnold), Betty Nell McGovern (Carol) and Gene Ryals (Lamar).

 

She is survived by her son, Sidney Stephenson Jr. (Ellene); 3 grandchildren Patti Nameth (Jay), Robert Stephenson (Belinda), Nancy Robinson (Scott); 7 great-grandchildren, Meagan Land (Evan), Trevor Nameth (Robyn), Casey McCall (Brendan), Travis Nameth, Ashley Robbins (Hunter), Bailey Crooms (RC), Cody Robinson (Kaylee); 7 great-great grandchildren, Cheyanne Land, Fletcher Nameth, Jackson Land, Peyton Nameth, Wiley Robbins, Auburn Crooms, and Briar McCall; one sister Glenda Davis (Mitch).

 

The visitation will be at 9:30am and followed by the funeral service at 10:00 am, Monday October 23, 2023 at Flemington Baptist Church, Flemington Fl.  Interment to follow at Millwood Cemetery in Reddick.
