Maria Alphonsena Webster, 83, passed away on November 3, 2018. She was born on December 11, 1934 in St. Croix, Virgin Islands to Leopold and Felicita (Ruiz) Fredericks. Maria was the Governor Lieutenant's Secretary.
She is survived by her son, Raymond "Tony" Brown (Barbara) and her brother, Claude Frederick.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
