Marie Antoinette Corrigan

Marie Antoinette Corrigan, age 80, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on August 16, 2026. She was born on July 25, 1946 in Philladelphia, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Salvatore and Elise Giello.

In her early working life, she was a bank teller in Philadelphia. She began building a family in 1968 and for the next 30 years she was a homemaker. In 1997, Marie began working with children in the daycare setting, and left her impact until retiring in 2016. Marie was a lifelong catholic devoted to her faith, receiving communion daily when she was able the last twenty-plus years of her life.

She was preceded in death by: husband, Thomas Corrigan, Sr.; daughter, Christine Baker, son, Daniel Corrigan.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory: sons, Patrick "Pat" Corrigan (Kim), Thomas Corrigan, Jr., Paul Corrigan (Chrissy), Matthew Corrigan (Kristen), and John Paul Corrigan, and her brother, Sal Giello, and sister, Betty Giello, 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Friday, August 21, 2026 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Countryside Funeral Home.

A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.

Burial will be at St. Denis Cemetery, Havertown, PA on August 29, 2026 at 11:30 A.M.

Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
