Mary Pamela Leaptrot, age 68, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on March 8, 2026. She was born on January 20, 1958 in Ocala, Florida a daughter of Marion Parker and Sharon Maxine Hitt.
She is preceded by her parents and Mary Sargent, beloved grandmother and name sake.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory; husband, Jewett "Buddy" A. Leaptrot; daughters, Ruth Henninger (William), Mary Leaptrot; brother, Thomas P. Hitt (Linda); sister, Donna Hitt Bucher; grandchildren, Emma, Tyler, Elijah, Israel, Bentley; great grandchild, Brinley.
A Funeral Service will take place on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Oakcrest Baptist Church with a visitation an hour prior. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Kidney Fund.
Countryside has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
