Michelle Lynn Stephens, 33, passed away August 23, 2018 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Michelle was born in Ocala, Florida on June 2, 1985 to Ronald and Karen Stephens.
She is survived by her parents; brother Micheal Ritchey; sister Jennifer Stephens; nieces Ronnie, Hannah, Kaylee and Alexa; two grandnephews; grandmother Allene Stephens and her Home Health nurse of 23 years Betty Welfenberg.
Arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL.
