Nancy Hilliard

Nancy Ruth Marcum Hilliard, age 63, departed this world on August 25, 2016. She died peacefully under Hospice care. She is survived by her husband, Gene Hilliard; her daughter, Jennifer Smith Heckman (Chuck Kinkead); her son, William Smith (Bonnie); her four grandchildren, Shelby and Roger Heckman, Kolton and Kayden Smith; her three brothers and seven sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Childmer and Georgia Maynard Marcum; three brothers and one sister.

Nancy’s loving and uplifting spirit remained to the end. Others were brightened by her optimism in the face of her long illness.

Nancy was a server at Bob Evans restaurant in Ocala for twenty-seven years. She touched many lives and was always fun.

Her memorial service will be held Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 5:00 pm at Southern Home Church, 14748 N. Magnolia Avenue, Citra, Fl.
