Anthony - Patrick C. Powers, 65, passed away January 23, 2018. Born April 4, 1952, in Rice Lake, WI, to Duane and Eunice Powers.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Michael Powers. He is survived by his sister, Kathleen Beise (Mark).
