Philip Henry Buhler III

Philip Henry Buhler III, 91, or Ocala Florida passed away at home with family by his side on May 12, 2025. 

Phil was born on September 30, 1933, the son of Philip H Buhler, Jr. and Jane Cunningham Buhler. He was born and raised in Washington, DC. Phil attended college briefly before being drafted in the U.S. Army at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri. Phil was an electrician by trade and a member of Local 26, Washington D.C. He spent the majority of his career working for Seal & Co. and Merical Electric, which he eventually became a partner and owner. Phil's three sons followed in their father's footsteps and became electricians with Local 26. 

He spent his retirement years enjoying the company of his family and friends. He loved living on his son-in-law and daughter's horse farm property, Ladera.

Phil is survived by his wife of 71 years; Jeanne Isner Buhler, daughter; Phyllis Harlow (Pat) of Ocala, Florida; Philip H Buhler IV (Janet) of Clifton, Virginia; James Buhler of Silver Spring, Maryland and Thomas Buhler (Laura) of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great grandson, son (deceased).

A Celebration of Life will be held at the family residence on September 27, 2025 at 12 noon.
