Summerfield - Phillip Wayne Gerard, 36, passed away November 9, 2015 at Hospice Legacy House. Born March 5, 1979 in Memphis, Tennessee, to Michael Gerard and Cheryl Bennett he has lived in Marion County since he was a child. Phillip worked as a tree surgeon and was a member of Community Harvest Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his first child. He is survived by his loving wife Amy Lee Johnson Gerard; daughters, Taylor Gerard, Katelyn Gerard; parents, Michael and Cheryl Gerard, of Pedro, FL; brother, Brent Gerard and sister, Grace Gerard. Funeral Service will be 12:00 Noon, Friday, November 13, 2015, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL, with Pastor Danny Giltner officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Millwood Cemetery.
