Born in Evansville WI in 1933. He passed from this world on June 1, 2016. He was a resident of Spruce Creek South, Summerfield, Fl. Phil leaves his wife Nancy (Stahl) Pearsall and three children, son Todd Pearsall of San Diego Ca., two daughters, Marnie Pearsall of Milwaukee WI., Mickey (Pearsall) and Rod Seeton and one granddaughter also of Milwaukee, WI. He attended the University of Wisconsin and retired from General Motors.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Wisconsin.
