Richard Ralph Lietz Sr.

Richard Ralph Lietz Sr., age 83, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on January, 17, 2026. He was born on September 27, 1942 in New York, New York, a son of Ralph and Bette Lietz.

He is preceded by his parents; sister, Carol Erath. 

He leaves behind to cherish his memory; wife, Donna Lietz; sons, Richard Lietz, Jr (Amanda), Scott Lietz (Jilann), Todd Lietz (Rachael), Christopher Lietz (Jessica), Ryan Lietz (Sara); daughters, Rene Csoban, Candice Lietz, Corinne Kasten (William), Deanna Postregna; sisters, Ruth Hoffman (Jack) and Betty Wiemann (Richard); sister in laws, Mary Konyha, Darlene Konyha (Michael) and Alison Dollard; twenty three grandchildren, George, Gillian, Alexa, Peter, Patricia, Tyler, Ava, River, Jack Jr., Charles, Brewer, Brantley, Brennan, Todd Jr., Ava, Briggs, Marissa, Christopher, Tanner, Harley, Elijah, Laurel, Ethan; and two great grandchildren, Christopher and Remington.

A Funeral Service will be held 9:00 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 8:00 a.m. Countryside Funeral Home has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
