HARDER, Robert C.
Sparr - Robert C. Harder, 83, passed away peacefully at his home on January 8, 2019. Born in Attica, NY 3/03/1935, he was the son of Wm. C. Sr and Dorothy Harder. Bob graduated from Attica High School. He was a farmer & correction officer as well for 39 years.


He moved to Sparr, FL after retirement in 1998. His passion was to help friends, families and neighbors who may need him as a carpenter, mechanic or so many talents. Bob had a tremendous appreciation to own and restore many John Deere products.


His love of the Lord led him to become a Deacon in the First Baptist Church of Sparr, FL.


As a loving husband and father he is survived by his wife, Betty, daughters, Luann Bushnell (Wayne), Deborah Murray (Gifford), son David Harder (Dawn), step daughters, Denise Clark, Katherine Gould (Stephen); and sisters, Rita, Ruth, Ann; sister-in-law, Jeanne Harder; brother-in-law Philip Johnson (Beverly) 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.


He was preceded in death by a brother, Wm. Carl Harder Jr. and an infant stepson.


Love offerings may be made to the First Baptist Church of Sparr, FL or Friends of The Children's Home in Gainesville, FL.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Sparr, FL.
