Ruth Barbara Fongemie Magee, age 82, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on December 19, 2024. She was born on December 6, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York a daughter of Martin and Hannah Lookhe.

She is preceded by; Nelson Claude Fongemie; sister, Inga-Britt Hagg (Gunnar), 

She leaves behind to cherish her memory; husband, John Magee; son, David Fongemie (Stacie); daughters, Caurina Watts (Tommy); Deborah LaFleur (James); Eileen Apple; Gjuste Magee; Suzana Blanco (Kevin); grandchildren; Jessica Gayheart (Christopher); Hope Winters (Josh); Josh Watts (Shawny); Bobby and Sarah Bessler; Ashley Magee; great grandchildren; Emma, Ella, Everley, Olivia, Shelby, Zachariah, Isaiah, Sean, Jaelyn, Brianna, Tristan, Jace, Jadya and Skylar; niece, Brigitte Hägg; great niece, Jennifer Hagg.

A Memorial Service is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at Countryside Funeral Home followed by a graveside committal at Fero Memorial Gardens, 5891 N. Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, FL. 34465. A mass of remembrance will take place at Queen of Peace TBD.
