Scotty Randolph Shinn, 63, passed away July 17, 2017. He was born on December 28, 1953 to Robert and Arlin (Wiebel) Shinn.
He is survived by his brother, Robert Shinn (Catherine), and sisters, Susan Lester (Michael) and Arlin Rehrer (James).
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Countryside Funeral Home.
