Shirley Oleta Douglas Conrad

Shirley Oleta Douglas Conrad, 85, passed away on March 3, 2020, in Ocala, Florida. She was born on August 17, 1934, in Okeechobee, Florida to Harry and Edris (Creel) Douglas. She owned and operated the Conrad's Christian Supply for seventeen years. An avid member of her church, she loved God and serving in all aspects of the church.

She is preceded by her husband, H.S. Conrad Jr.; brothers, Roy Douglas and Wilbur Douglas.

She is survived by her sons, Edward Conrad (Carmen) and Brian Conrad (Ronda); daughter, Nancy Herring; brother, Wayne Douglas (Janice); sister-in-law, Patricia Douglas; eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 6, 2020, at Church of God Okeechobee: 301 NE 4th Ave, Okeechobee, FL 34972, with Pastor Johnnie Gilbert officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Okeechobee, Florida.
