William “Billy” Cecil Raborne

William “Billy” Cecil Raborne, 64, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 5, 2026 in Ocala, Florida. He was born December 6, 1961 to Marshall and Julia Raborne in Ocala, Florida. He worked for Stokes Electric for more than 40 years. He graduated from Vanguard high school in 1979.

He is preceded by his mother, Julia Griggs Raborne and father, Marshall Lewis Raborne.

He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Kemp Raborne; son, Blake Kemp Ford; daughter, Taylor Nicole Knight; brother, Lewis Raborne; sister, Tammy Hall; grandchildren, Addison Ford and Emma Ford.

A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Church of Hope with food and fellowship to follow at the Elks Club. Memorial donations can be made in Billy’s honor through the gofund me page to help towards funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the care of Countryside Funeral Home.
