William Long Frisbie

William Long Frisbie, 89, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026 in Ocala, Florida. He was born December 23, 1936 to Austin Frisbie and Cleata Long Frisbie in Marion, North Carolina. He grew up in Jackson, South Carolina moving to Ocala his Senior year of high school (1954). He worked in the construction industry.
He is preceded by his wife, Monica Elizabeth Duerr Frisbie; his parents; and brothers, Fred Frisbie and Larry Frisbie.
He is survived by his son, Jon Frisbie; daughter, Michelle Horne (Ty); sister, Kathey Shaw (Don); 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of life service will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Countryside Funeral Home. Pastor Bob Lloyd will officiate the service.
