William Patrick Soutar, 58, passed away on March 10, 2021 in Ocala, Florida. He was born February 27, 1963 to Wesley Joseph Soutar and Barbara Katherine Geding Souter in West Islip, New York. He worked as an automotive painter for most of his life.
He is preceded by his parents and sister, Margie Erben.
He is survived by his significant other Kimberly Eastman; daughter, Candice Soutar; brother, Wesley Soutar; sister, Alyce Head.
A celebration of life is to be held at a later date.
