Beverly Wood

Ft. McCoy - Beverly McCoy Wood, 71, passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2020. She was born January 4, 1949 in Lakeland, FL  to Albin McCoy and Barbara McCraney McCoy. She retired as a legal secretary in Birmingham, AL, and moved to Ft. McCoy in 2002.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Edward E. McCoy and Rodney A. McCoy. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by her husband of 38  years Paul Wood, and by sons, David Adams and Chris Wood. She had four grandsons and one granddaughter.

A Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Fort McCoy. Arrangements under the care of Countryside Funeral Home.
