Dunnellon - Christine McCarthy, 91, passed away peacefully March 21, 2019 at Hampton Manor. She was born in Poland on March 8, 1928, to Jozef Kocinska and Soha Sawicka Kocinska.  She worked in New York City for many years as a bridal gown designer.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Daniel McCarthy.

Funeral service will be 6:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, 2019, at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL, with Pastor Bob King officiating.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband privately in Chiefland Cemetery.
