Jack Mcrae

Jack Douglas McRae, 86, passed away October 18, 2021 in Gainesville, Florida. He was born December 30, 1934 in Boardman, Florida to John W. McRae and Matilda Boka McRae. He worked as an agricultural farmer most of his life in Citrus and hay. He served in the United States Army.

He is preceded by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lewis McRae; sons, Jeff McRae and Douglas McRae; daughter, Denise McRae; sister, Lois Atkins; grandchildren, Brandon, Wess, Blake and Roman.

A visitation will be held from 5 -7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27. 2021 at Countryside Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 12:00 p.m. Thursday, October 28, 2021 at McIntosh Cemetery.
