TORRES, Jose Antonio

Ocala - Jose Antonio Torres, 45, passed away April 22, 2019. He was born October 19, 1973 in Chicago, IL, to Jose Torres and Luz Gonzalez.  He was a proud and loving, caring, Husband, Father, Papa and friend to many.

He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Michele; son, Eric, daughter-in-law, Manuela; their sons Desmond and Joseph; daughters, Jackelyn, her son Jacob; Nicolle and Angelica along with her children, Carlito, Marianna, YasMaria and Alliyanna. He is also survived by his sister, Vicki, brothers Juan and Omar and his 3 beloved pups, Harley, Laila and Riley.

He was a voluntary organ donor which aligns with how he lived life, always there to help anyone and everyone when in need. He loved spending time with his family and friends, four wheeling, “sweeping sand”, and so much more.

Memorial service will be 4:00 pm, Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Countryside Funeral Home, Anthony, FL with Pastor Bob King officiating.  In lieu of flowers, please send a plant arrangement for the family or make a donation in Jose’s memory to the Humane Society of Marion County, www.thehsmc.org.
