Salt Springs - William Jackson Kelly, 83, passed away on June 27, 2020, in Ocala, Fl. He was born on August 10, 1936, to Frank G. and Edith F. Kelly, in Summers County, West Virginia.
He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mary B. Kelly; sons, Michael, Daniel (Christine); daughters, Cheryl Steenson, Rachael Granger; brother, Frank (Cheri); 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
