PRATT, William Allan “Billy”

Ocala - William A. “Billy” Pratt, 77, passed away November 11, 2020. He was born in Amesbury, MA, on February 24, 1943, to the late John J. Pratt and Jeannette A. Pratt. He was a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard and later an electrical contractor for 33 years.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Caryl. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Patricia Pratt; son, Jeffrey A. Pratt; brother, Timothy Pratt; sisters, Karen Cronin and Sheila Ryan; sister-in-law, Maryann Palmer and brother-in-law, Bernard L. Palmer; and their four rescue cats. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Billy was a loving husband and father. He could fix anything, he loved old cars, antique clocks, and working with his hands.

Graveside service with military honors will be 11:00 a.m, Friday, November 20, 2020 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marion County Humane Society in memory of Billy. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
